City of St. Albert’s Seniors and Elders Service Award

Congratulations to our President, Doug Campbell, on receiving the City of St. Albert’s Seniors and Elders Service Award today.

This well-deserved recognition reflects Doug’s unwavering dedication, leadership, and commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and elders in our community.

Doug has been a long time resident of St Albert and a dedicated community builder throughout his life. Before retirement, he worked in the non profit sector with organizations such as Scouts Canada, the St. Albert Youth Community Centre and St Albert’s Arts and Heritage Foundation.

He has been a committed Rotarian for many years and has led initiatives both locally and at a district level. He currently serves as the President of the St. Albert Sturgeon Community Foundation, chairs the city’s Cultivate Arts Committee and volunteers annually at the Children’s Festival.  Known for quietly stepping in wherever help is needed, he consistently goes above and beyond to support individuals and organizations across our community.

Congratulations Doug! We are proud to celebrate this outstanding achievement.
