Linda Maj is a lawyer and mediator with over 30 years of experience, working across both the public and private sectors. She holds undergraduate degrees in English and French and is fluent in both languages.

A long-time resident of the Sturgeon County and St. Albert area, Linda has called this region home since 1995. She first settled in Morinville—where she was a founding member of the Morinville Rotary Club—before moving to St. Albert in 2001 to be closer to family. Her children were born at the Sturgeon Hospital and attended school in St. Albert, deepening her roots in the community.

Linda has been actively involved in a wide range of community initiatives over the years and is passionate about giving back. Joining the Foundation Board is a natural extension of that commitment. She values the opportunity to contribute her legal expertise and deep community ties to support the Foundation’s mission of enhancing life in St. Albert and Sturgeon County for future generations.

With her unique combination of professional insight and local knowledge, Linda brings both skill and heart to her role on the Board.
